
Most people at some time in their life will a period of insomnia. For most people the sleeping problem will clear up by itself and the normal sleep
pattern will be restored.
It's usually at this stage that you will either self-medicate or seek help from the doctor. The doctor may prescribe sleeping pills.
The idea is to aid a restful night's sleep and hopefully restore the sleeping habit again. Unfortunately, some people get dependant on sleeping pills.
They believe that they will not be able to sleep without them and so use them every night.
Just imagine being able to go to bed to sleep.
